How long have you been in business?
We have been trading for over 20 years.
Do you undertake partial renovations?
No we only do complete rooms.
Does the designer do after hours appointments?
Only Saturday mornings.
Can you do building work?
Yes, within the area we are renovating. We can knock out walls and brick housing or change a window but do not build on extra rooms.
Do you have tradespeople?
We include trades in the quote unless you prefer to organize your own.
Will you match a quote from Bunnings, Masters, or Ikea?
No, as our cabinets are of superior quality, and are custom made to your requirements.
How long will I be without a kitchen/bathroom?
This depends on the scope of the work and the choice of materials.
Do you flat pack?
Yes but we usually assemble the cabinets into modules for you.
Do you sell appliances?
A limited range only.
After sign up, how long before the work commences?
Usually within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on our work load at the time, and the availability of materials.
Do I have to be home to unlock for trades etc?
Unless you wish to be there, we supply a lock box for faster easier access and notify you when someone will be entering your home.
Do you supply glass splashbacks?
Yes and the price can be included in the quote.
Should we lay timber flooring before or after the kitchen is installed?
Before, as it will give a neater finish with no quarter round at the edges.
What about tiling?
This is better done after the kitchen is installed, unless you are keeping your existing tiles.
